Where: To close an order created in Roostify, you must use the AccountChek Dashboard or Encompass users can import the order into Encompass to preform the close action. See directions for each.
Warning: This is permanent action. Once an order is closed, it cannot be reopened or refreshed.
Closing in the AccountChek Dashboard
First you will need to locate the order you would like to close in the AccountChek Dashboard. You can do this by navigating to the AccountChek Dashboard (verifier.accountchek.com) and logging in. After login, you will be taken to the Orders Dashboard, which will display all orders created by you and those that you have permission to view.
Using the search bar in the top-right corner, you can search for a particular order by Borrower Name or Reference #. You can also click Show Advanced Search to search by properties like Order Status or Date.
To close the order, simply click the Close Order button in the top-left side of the Order Page (directly below the order status).
Closing in Encompass
First you must import the report you would like to close into Encompass. To do this, locate the Reissue Key or Report ID in the top-right corner of the report in Roostify.
Once the ID/Key has been located, paste it into the Reissue Key / Report ID field on the Order Management tab of the AccountChek Encompass integration and press Import. Details of the new report will then appear in the Check Order Status box and can be managed from there.
To close an order, first select the Order Management tab in the AccountChek Encompass integration. Click on the drop-down menu in the Available Actions column, choose Close VOA Order and press Go.
Do not close orders if you still need the ability to Refresh or do not have the necessary reports downloaded.
