After your initial login, you will be presented with a search menu. You can search for your employer.
As you type, the search engine will produce a list of close matches.
Click on your employer's name and click Continue.
After you have selected your employer, you may be asked to select your Payroll Provider. Alternatively, if your employer was not listed in your previous search, you will have the option to search by Payroll Provider directly instead. Click on the provider name. After reviewing permissions, click Continue to pull up the login page.
How do I find my payroll provider?
Depending on your employer's payroll provider, you may be required to either:
1. Use the TrueAuth connection process
2. Enter your payroll provider login credentials manually
TrueAuth connection
If your employer uses one of the following payroll providers, you will be directed to use the TrueAuth process to connect your account information.
If you select a TrueAuth Payroll Provider, iOS users will automatically advance, while Android users will be directed to install the TrueAuth app from the Google Play Store before continuing. Please note that you will have the option to enter your credentials manually if desired.
Scanning the QR Code with your device will take you through the process shown below. Once you have arrived at your payroll provider's login portal, enter your credentials to continue.
Standard connection
If you select a payroll provider that is not included in the TrueAuth providers listed previously, you will be immediately prompted to enter the login credentials that you typically use to access your electronic paystubs and tax documents.
Because your security is our highest priority, your login credentials are never visible to anyone and are encrypted to ensure confidentiality.

Once you have successfully linked your payroll account using either the TrueAuth process or the Standard process, you should see a screen similar to the one below.
